High school girls basketball: Adrian thumps Eagles in tournament opener

NORTH POWDER — Joseph opened the Calvin Hiatt Memorial Tournament in North Powder with a 48-26 loss to Adrian.

The Eagles (0-4 overall) are scheduled to continue in the tournament on Dec. 9 with a game against Four Rivers (2-3 overall).

Joseph will wrap up the tournament on Dec. 10 at 11 a.m. with a game against Jordan Valley (3-0 overall).
