11:03 p.m. Samuel R. Ragsdale, 28, Wallowa, was arrested for a felony parole violation warrant, possession of a controlled substance less than one ounce and criminal mischief I. Christopher I. Thacker, 20, Joseph was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant from La Grande Police Department and was issued a citation for minor in possession. Woodrow E. Pallis, 21, La Grande, was arrested for a felony parole violation warrant and a felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

8:10 p.m. Suspicious vehicle on Thorpe Lane. Contact made with several youths.
Nov. 53:43 p.m. Two minor youth males entered home and started a fight with occupant. Occupant told them to leave property.

Circuit courtNov. 2Daniel W. Barnes, 18, Enterprise, MIP, $360 fine; illegal possession of fireworks (misdemeanor treated as violation), $40 fine.
Joseph Sterling Sarbacher, 27, Pilot Rock, pleaded not guilty to charge of contempt of court.
Nov. 3Joseph Edward Armijo, 19, Joseph, was convicted of four misdemeanors – interfering with a peace officer, obstructing governmental/judicial administration, disorderly conduct and initiating a false report – by a circuit court jury; he was also found guilty of two violations, possession of less than an ounce marijuana and frequenting a place where a controlled substance was used, by Judge Phil Mendiguren. Armijo’s sentence is pending.
