6:52 p.m. Donald Martin, 73, of Enterprise was arrested for assault 4, domestic violence and menacing. Martin was transported to Union County Jail.

2:37 p.m. 911 call in Enterprise reported a civil dispute. Caller was counseled.
2:46 p.m. 911 call in Enterprise from a juvenile who disagreed with discipline he received from his guardian. Juvenile was counseled.
9:13 p.m. Report of two residences in Joseph receiving anonymous gifts.
9:41 p.m. Report of one black cow loose on Hurricane Creek. Calls made to attempt to locate owner.

11:09 a.m. Alarm reported in Enterprise.
12:13 p.m. Alarm in Joseph.
12:45 p.m. Burglary reported in rural Enterprise.
3:39 p.m. 911 call reporting possibly impaired driver in rural Enterprise.
4:25 p.m. Three complaints reporting several black angus cattle loose on Highway 3 approximately four miles from Enterprise.
5:06 p.m. Two calls reporting a fire in Joseph. After units were dispatched it was discovered to be a controlled debris fire.
6:43 p.m. Report of trespassing in Enterprise. Officer will do a followup investigation when property manager is available.

2:03 p.m. Lost black Lab dog in Enterprise.
2:24 p.m. Burning limb pile in Wallowa reported.

2:56 p.m. Traffic complaint at Salt Creek Summit parking area.
4:39 p.m. Report of a strong smell of propane in the city of Enterprise. After an extensive search of the area, officers were unable to locate the source of the smell.
5:02 p.m. Report of garbage in roadway causing a traffic hazard.
5:37 p.m. Request for welfare check made by family member from out of town saying they had been trying to contact a relative in Enterprise for several days and were concerned. Officer responded and reestablished communication between the parties.
5:52 p.m. 911 call reporting a burglary of a home in Enterprise.
10:30 p.m. Motor vehicle accident reported in rural Wallowa.

9:47 p.m. Loose cattle reported in rural Enterprise.
12:19 p.m. Vehicle hit and run in Joseph.
12;40 p.m. Call for police escort to the hospital from Joseph.
6:43 p.m. Report of vehicle vs deer. No injuries and vehicle was driven away by reporting party.
8:38 p.m. Request for a welfare check on a Joseph resident. Officers made contact and referral was made to the appropriate medical care provider.
9:39 p.m. Thomas Lee Bear, 28, of Wallowa was arrested by Enterprise Police for burglary 2 and theft 3. Bear was transported to Union County Jail.
10:44 p.m. Welfare check in Joseph.

4:19 a.m. 911 call for ambulance in Joseph.
