Circuit courtDec. 16

Latosha N. Shirey, 27, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault, sentenced to 18 months bench probation, $1,000 fine with $900 suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment suspended, $133 fees; ordered to continue mental health counseling, to continue any prescribed medication, to provide written proof by Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness every six months that he is in compliance with treatment, to provide letter of apology to victim, to have no contact with victim unless victim requests it in writing and contact is recommended by treatment providers in writing.

Shilo Kane Dickenson, 25, La Grande, pleaded guilty to DUII on Sept. 9, driver’s license suspended for one year, sentenced to 36 months bench probation, 10 days jail with credit for time served, no alcohol/bars, ordered to complete drug/alcohol evaluation and recommended treatment, must attend Victims Impact Panel, $2,000 fine with $1,000 suspended, $393 fees.

Wesley S. Elliott, 31, Cove, pleaded guilty to third degree theft (reduced from misdemeanor to violation), sentenced to one-year bench probation, $1,000 fine with $950 suspended, $233 fees, ordered to provide letter of apology to Goebel’s Service Station.

Dustin C. Gladden, admitted probation violation (original charge contempt of court), probation revoked and reinstated, extended to Nov. 11, 2010, to serve 14 days in jail, with credit for time served, as a sanction.

Maria Alicia Rodriguez, 52, Prineville, pleaded no contest to loaning elk tag, hunting license suspended for two years, sentenced to two years bench probation, 30 hours community service for nonprofit, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $300 attorney fees, $233 fees, may request in writing upon completion of probation that the misdemeanor be reduced to violation and may also request early termination of probation upon completion of all requirements.
