Trike-A-Thon rolls downtown Friday

A gathering of approximately 30 trike riders will roll down the sidewalks at the Wallowa County Courthouse 10 a.m. to noon Friday, June 25, for a fun morning of summer safety learning.

The Trike-A-Thon is a fundraiser for Building Healthy Families’ new Early Childhood Center.

The cost to participate is $3 per child and $5 per family.

Adults on trikes are welcome.

The event will feature trike races for three different age groups, an adult trike race, multiple children’s activities, a barbecue picnic, free helmets, a visit from Smokey the Bear and prizes for all participants.
