JOSEPH — With the 2024 Chief Joseph Days Rodeo just past, the 2025 court has been introduced for the 79th rodeo.
Competing to see who will be the 2025 queen and who will be the princesses will be Jadeyn Perin, 18, a senior at Joseph Charter School; Livia DeMelo, 15, a sophomore at Joseph; and Tylee Evans, 16, a junior at Enterprise High School.

The three bring an array of skills to the court, including public speaking, horseback riding and academic excellence. Their upcoming year will be full of responsibilities as they serve as ambassadors for Chief Joseph Days, according to a press release.
In March, the court will kick off its ticket-sales campaign. The girls’ posters will be visible around the community and across social media, offering an opportunity to purchase general admission tickets for the 2025 rodeo.
Last year, general admission tickets were sold out quickly, so the public is encouraged to buy from court members before tickets become available online in April.
The announcement of the queen and princesses will take place during the annual CJD Coronation in April, with the date to be announced soon.
The new court will succeed the 2024 court of Queen Lauren McBurney and Princesses Karly Baremore and Colbi Cunningham.
For more than a half-century, Chief Joseph Days Rodeo has been a signature event in Wallowa County, drawing visitors from across the region to celebrate Western heritage, horsemanship and community spirit. The 2025 Chief Joseph Days event is scheduled for July 22-27.
