JOSEPH — The opening reception for this fall’s Wallowa Valley Arts Festival will be Friday, Sept. 20 at the Josephy Center for Arts and Culture in Joseph.

Tickets are available online for $25 or at the door for $30.

The center is at 403 N. Main St. in Joseph.

The en plein air competition will run through Sept. 22 and include live music, a quick draw, a silent auction and an art walk.
