Letter to the editor teaser

It is with great honor and pride that I choose to endorse Lisa Collier as the ideal candidate for Wallowa County commissioner Position 1.

I have had the distinct pleasure of working directly with Mrs. Collier in her role as mayor for the city of Joseph.

In my 26 years of civil service, I have never seen anyone with her drive, commitment, determination, motivation and outlook when it comes to the citizens she serves. Lisa is dedicated to serving people and it shows with the multiple agencies, organizations and boards she volunteers with.

Lisa is genuine when she listens to the needs of the people she serves and honestly takes into consideration the outcome of every decision and how it affects those involved and those not involved — aka “the good of the order.”

Lisa has a proven record in local politics with zero personal agenda.

My vote will be going to Lisa Collier for Wallowa County commissioner Position 1.
