Enterprise graduate earns Cascade Collegiate Conference recognition

LA GRANDE — Kari Bedard, an Enterprise graduate and current track and field athlete for Eastern Oregon University, has won the Cascade Collegiate Conference’s Spring Academic All-Conference award.

In addition to her team duties on the Mountaineer’s women’s track and field squad, Bedard is a senior in elementary education and multidisciplinary studies.

Bedard joined a record 523 student athletes named to the Academic All-Conference, including 50 student athletes representing Eastern Oregon University. To be eligible, student athletes must maintain a cumulative 3.2 GPA and be identified as at least a sophomore.
