Does Joseph need a $1 million library located at the bottom of the hill where school buses and kids on bikes use daily? And is there adequate parking?

In reading the Chieftain of Feb. 7, there seems to be quite a bit of miscommunication in this county. Let’s hope there will be no miscommunication concerning the new location of the Farmers Market.

Also, were the residents of Joseph asked if they preferred a large library or the higher water rates which will come with the two new proposed infrastructures? Libraries are important but a good water and sewer system is essential.
