Workshop set for aspiring entrepreneurs
ENTERPRISE — A workshop to help those who desire to embark on the path of entrepreneurship is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Fishtrap in Enterprise.
Fishtrap is at 105 W. Main St. The workshop runs from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Cost is $30, but scholarships are available from the Northeast Oregon Economic Development District at 541-426-3598.
The workshop will be led by Kiyomi Koike of Kominka Life Coaching. Its goal is to help participants develop a skill set to develop a successful entrepreneurship mindset.
“When you apply this skill to your business, you’ll gain clarity, certainty, and confidence, and you’ll see you are making massive actions to create massive results,” Koike said. “Our ‘Successful Entrepreneurship Mindset’ workshop promises to be a game-changer for your business journey.”
Koike founded SEI MEE TEA, an organic Japanese green tea company trusted by health professionals and operates out of her home north of Enterprise. She and her husband, Bill Oliver, also operate a kominka, a traditional Japanese farmhouse they brought from Koike’s native Japan and are in the process of erecting it near their home.
For more information on the workshop, call the Northeast Oregon Economic Development District or email Lisa Dawson at lisadawson@neoedd.org or Koike at kominkalifecoaching@gmail.com.
