Girls basketball: Eagles split two on the road

The Joseph Charter School girls basketball team split a pair of games on the road on Friday, Dec. 29 and Saturday, Dec. 30.
On Friday, the Joseph and North Clackamas Christian girls’ basketball teams met on a neutral court, with the Saints taking a 44-37 victory.

The two teams played at Damascus Christian, site of the reigning 1A state champion team.
Damascus Christian did not field a team this season to defend the Saints’ title.
Joseph, now 4-7 overall, bounced back with a 47-29 victory over the Lady Rangers at Dufur on Saturday, Dec. 30. Dufur fell to 1-7 overall with the loss.
Team and individual statistics were not provided for the Joseph loss.
