Pacific Power is planning a four-hour power outage in the early-morning hours of Tuesday, Oct. 31 to perform maintenance.
In a notice to customers, the utility said the outage would begin at about 12:01 a.m. Tuesday and is scheduled to be wrapped up by 4 a.m. — and earlier, if possible. A Pacific Power spokesman said some maintenance work can only be safely performed when power lines are de-energized.
