James Edward McConnell, 56, of Pendleton, died Oct. 14, 2023. He was born in La Grande and lived in Enterprise and Wallowa when younger.

A celebration of life will be held at the National Guard Hangar at 2100 NW 56th St. in Pendleton at 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27. A graveside service will be held immediately afterward at Olney Cemetery, 865 Tutuilla Road in Pendleton.
