Carol P. Heilman, 95, formerly of Joseph, died July 29, 2023 at her residence in Milwaukie, Oregon.

A service will be held Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023 at the Prairie Creek Cemetery at noon. A potluck will follow at the Hurricane Creek Grange.

Arrangements are entrusted to Daniels-Knopp Funeral, Cremation & Life Celebration Center of La Grande.
