Joy Harrington, 91, of Richland, Washington, died peacefully on Feb. 14, 2023. A funeral mass is scheduled for 11 a.m. on March 4, 2023, at Parish of the Holy Spirit, Kennewick, Washington, with a rosary at 10:30 a.m. A graveside service and reception will follow at Sunset Gardens, Richland, Washington. Joy and her husband, Ed, spent much of their retirement in Enterprise and enjoyed their time and the people they met in Wallowa County.
