: Tom Jackson, right, of Tri-Cities, Washington, sells the last of his Sunnyside, Wash., cherries to a visitor at the south end of Joseph. Jackson, a plumber who was forced to retire when he broke his back, said he loves coming to Wallowa County. "I always meet interesting and wonderful people," he said. He plans to be back next week with more produce and raw honey from Tri-Cities-area farms.
