Misty Marie Moore, 35, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to two counts of felony delivery of marijuana to minor. Sentenced to six months suspended driver’s license, 36 months supervised probation, 15 days jail, fined $500, write letter of apology to each victim on each count, excepting suspension of driver’s license. Also pleaded guilty to one count of endangering welfare of a minor. Sentenced to 36 months supervised probation, letter to victim.
Terence W Robinson, 43, Meridian, Idaho, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass second degree. Sentenced to 12 months bench probation, $485 fines, letter of apology.
