The Enterprise Outlaw girls had a Friday night bye and came out strong Saturday evening, Jan. 24, beating the Elgin Huskies by a considerable margin, 48-30. The Lady Outlaws are now 8-8 on the season and 3-4 in league play. If the season ended today, they’d be seeded fourth in district play.
“We played really well on both sides of the court,” Enterprise coach Mike Crawford said. “We cut down on our turnovers, the girls shot well and were excellent at the free throw line. It was a good game for us.”
