Kickoff to The Big Read, Fiesta at the Joseph Community Center, 6-8 p.m. featuring traditional Mexican food, games, music, and a multimedia introduction to this year’s Big Read novel, “Into the Beautiful North” by Luis Alberto Urrea. Kickoff event is free.

Tunesmith Night featuring An American Forrest, Bre Paletta and Justin Bennett, 7 p.m. at Lear’s in Enterprise. Doors open at 6 p.m. Admission $10 at door or by season pass. All ages welcome. Sponsored by Wallowa Valley Music Alliance.

Rehearsals for Wallowa Valley Orchestra, 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Enterprise High School. There is no audition or cost to musicians who join. Student and community musicians are welcome.
