Otis E. Johnson, 84, of Middleton, Idaho, died Sunday, June 29, 2014, at a hospital in Boise, Idaho.

A graveside service, with military honors, will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2014, at the Lostine Cemetery.
