Chiloquin, Ore. — An Eagle Point woman accused of killing three dogs by leaving them in a hot car is in jail.

65-year-old Alice Violet Taylor was arrested in Chiloquin on Monday afternoon.

A warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court last week on multiple counts of First Degree Animal Abuse.

Police say Taylor left three Rottweilers in a hot car on June 2nd near Chiloquin. None of the dogs survived. Taylor had three more dogs with her when she was arrested.
