Mercery County, NJ — Actor and comedian Tracy Morgan is in critical condition after a six-vehicle crash in New Jersey early Saturday morning.

According to Police the “30 Rock” actor was on a limo bus when it overturned.

63-year-old James McNair, who was a comedy writer for Morgan died in the crash.

Another seven people were hospitalized.
