Second victim in Rogue River homicide investigation identified

Medford, Ore. — The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office says the remains of a 2nd body found at accused murderer Susan Monica’s home have been identified as 59-year old Steven Frank Delicino.
Police say Monica killed Delicino at her Rogue River area home in the summer of 2012, one year before killing Robert Haney. Delicino, like Haney, worked as a handyman at Monica’s ranch according to investigators.
Monica, pictured below, is in Jackson County Jail awaiting trial on murder charges.
