Connie Lynn Martin of Enterprise died April 28, 2014, at the age of 51.

She was born May 29, 1962, to Delbert and Beverly (Mahanna) Martin in Walla Walla, Wash. She grew up in Milton-Freewater and attended McLoughlin Union High School.

Connie worked as a housekeeper and home care worker.

She helped with the Tamkaliks Celebration in Wallowa and was involved with 4-H when she was younger.

Connie enjoyed hiking, berry picking, listening to music, camping, barrel racing, pole bending and tae kwon do.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Randy Martin.

She is survived by spouse David Palmer, and was previously married to Robert Barner.

Connie is also survived by son Morgan Barner of Pendleton, daughter and son-in-law Jessica and Ramon Soto of Enterprise, sister and brother-in-law Cindy and Tom Brumbach of Milton-Freewater, two grandchildren and four nieces.

A Celebration of Life potluck will be held at Enterprise City Park at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17, 2014.
