Bank of Eastern Oregon will again offer 20 $500 Agriculture/Business scholarships for graduating high school seniors at Enterprise, Wallowa, Joseph and 17 other schools in Eastern Oregon, the banks president, Jeff Bailey, announced. Through the years, we have awarded approximately $106,000 in scholarships, Bailey said.

Applicants must plan to enroll in college in either agriculture or business. Selection will be based on scholarship, leadership and citizenship.

Applications can be picked up from school counselors or at a branch of Bank of Eastern Oregon. Or, go online and download the application at www.beobank.com. The deadline to submit applications is May 1, 2014.
