Willis Edward Bailey, 89, of Joseph died Monday, Dec. 16, 2013, in a Pendleton care center.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 20, at Bollman Funeral Home in Enterprise.

Memorials may be given to the charity of choice. A full obituary will appear next week.
