Circuit court

May 29-30

William L. Strickland, 58, Joseph, criminal trespass-3, a class C misdemeanor, 12 months supervised probation, no contact with victim and must abide by all provisions of stalking protective order, must build solid fence that blocks line of sight along property line, ordered to serve four days jail, $690 fine with $250 suspended, $60 fees; additional count, stalking, is dismissed. In other cases, Strickland was arraigned on charge of violation of court stalking order and charge of contempt of court was dismissed.

Julie E. Beeman, 50, Imnaha, pleaded guilty to harassment, a class B misdemeanor, bench probation for 12 months, ordered to have no contact with victim, 20 hours community service work for nonprofit, $440 fine with $400 suspended, $160 fees.

Brandon C. Matthews, 25, Enterprise, theft-3, reduced from Class C misdemeanor to Class A violation, ordered to provide letter of apology to The Little Store, $30 compensatory fine to Little Store, $100 attorney fees, $440 fine with $350 suspended, $60 fees.

Vixen Lynn Radford, 40, Enterprise, pleaded not guilty to charge of owning dog as public nuisance.
