The Monday, Dec. 19, continuation of the Wallowa County Board of Commissioners’ hearing on the Hunter conditional use to establish a bed and breakfast on exclusive farm use property has been continued once more.

A final decision on the application will be made Jan. 17.

Commissioner Mike Hayward said that the record was left open at a Dec. 6 public hearing for written input, and legally there must be time left for all parties who requested it time to respond. He added that otherwise there could be grounds for appeal.
