More than 460 students at Eastern Oregon University have been named to the dean’s list for the 2011 spring term, including nine from Wallowa County.

Local students honored on the list are Mariah Blackhorse, Jean Morello, Tonya Neil, Patricia O’Leary, Melanie Rowley and Emily Wyffels, all of Enterprise; and Julia Butterfield, Auburn Isaak and Nicole Terrill, all of Joseph.

To qualify students must achieve and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale while completing a minimum of 12 hours of graded coursework for the duration of the term.
