In addition to sampling fresh culinary delights during the grand opening, customers will also be offered a complimentary 10-minute chair massage on Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. provided by licensed massage therapist Colleen Whalen. Itll be a nice relaxing way for people to end their week and start their weekend, Lamb said.

Lamb hasnt planned any big changes to the operation of the business. The store will still offer soup and sandwich lunches with a gluten-free option. One addition to the lunch menu will be fresh salads. Lunchtime diners are welcome to take-out or to limited seating inside with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Some of the changes Lamb has planned include an expansion of the grocery department with a greater variety of specialty items, exotic ingredients, Indian foods and natural body care products. Lamb will also expand to include baking ingredients for those who have sensitivity to wheat and dairy products adding a line of dairy-free cheddar cheese, sour cream and butter along with rice milk and coconut milk.
Lamb also plans on offering seasonal items such as allergy supplements and remedies, and all-natural insect repellents and sunscreen.
Im excited to be taking over our local health food store and excited to continue to offer organic groceries, supplements, natural body care and healthy lunches to our community, Lamb said as she was busily preparing for the grand opening.
