Otis Varney of  Enterprise celebrates his 90th birthday March 23. 

He was born on that day in 1921 in Flora, the son of Roy and Bessie Varney. He is a retired plumber and has lived in Wallowa County most of his life. His family planned a get-together to help him celebrate the occasion.
