The City of Enterprise is now calling for sealed bids on regular and unleaded gasoline, diesel, stove oil and heating fuel #2. The regular, unleaded, and diesel fuels will be used on a cardlock system and the stove oil and heating fuel #2 will be delivered to city storage tanks from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011. Prices may be subject to increase or decrease but will be subject to certification by proof of cost charged to bidder. A combined bid is required for all above products with unit price for each item. The City will select one supplier to provide all of the above products and will select a bid which will provide the lowest cost to the City based upon the City’s estimated usage of fuel types. Bids are due on or before May 07, 2010, 3:00 p.m.

Bids to be reviewed prior to the Council meeting on May 10, 2010, 7:30 p.m. Prices shall include the State Motor Vehicle Tax and exclude Federal Tax. All bids must be marked “FUEL BID” on the outside of the envelope. The City reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
