Inland Northwest Musicians is accepting applications for its 10th annual Young Artists Competition, scheduled for March 7 at the Verb Club Room in Pendleton.

The competition is open to young musicians in four categories: Elementary (through grade 5), Junior (grades 6 though 8), senior (grades 9 through 12) and Young Adult (through age 25).

Instrumentalists and singers will perform for a panel of adjudicators. All participants will receive critique sheets. All winners will receive $100 cash prizes and some winners may be selected to perform with Inland Northwest Orchestra at its May concert.

The entry fee for competition is $25 and the deadline for applications is Saturday, Feb. 20.
