Community Connection reminds renters and homeowners that an Energy Assistance Program is available and open to all Wallowa County renters and homeowners of low to moderate income.

As guidelines to determine eligiblity, Community Connection advises that a single person making $1757 per month gross, a two-person family making $2,298 per month, a three-person family making $2,839 per month or a four-person family making $3,380 per month are eligible.
