John Jerome Tye, 21, Enterprise, arraigned on charge of probation violation (original charges, second-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief).

Thomas Dale Sutton, 32, Prospect, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charge of aiding in game violation.

Marta Davis, Enterprise, found guilty of dog as public nuisance in trial before judge; defendant was ordered to contain dogs in house or in structure so dogs do not create unreasonable noise at night; she will be on three-month probation from Dec. 9, and if any incidents are reported a hearing will be set and $250 fine may be imposed.
