Together, boys and girls of this county’s wrestling club won 22 medals Dec. 5 at they hosted the Wallowa Mountain Tournament in Enterprise.

Results for Northeast Oregon Wrestling Club (NEOWC) members are posted next week in the Scoreboard.

The annual event – the club’s fourth tournament so far this season – featured about 75 youngsters. In addition to local talent, many drove here from Union, La Grande, Pendleton, North Powder and Baker City.

Halfway through the schedule, the NEOWC will rest and practice the rest of this month, before resuming this season Jan. 2 in Hermiston.
