9:55 a.m. Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeremy Jason Jacobs, 39 of Wallowa on a Yamhill Count SW misdemeanor warrant of failure to appear on an original charge of second degree theft. Jacobs was transported to Union County Jail.
12:33 p.m. Enterprise police arrested Brian Allen Palmer, 29, of Enterprise on a Umatilla County SW misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of crime against a person. Palmer was transported to Union County Jail.

Russell J. Hanson, 28, Lostine, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass, a Class A misdemeanor, 36 months bench probation, 30 days jail, $2,000 fine with $1,500 suspended, $133 fees. Also pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in motor vehicle, a Class C Felony, 18 months supervised probation, 30 days jail (consecutive to above sentence), provide letter of apology to Officer George Kohlepp, $1,000 fine suspended, $173 fees. Also pleaded guilty to misdemeanor contempt of court, 30 days jail (consecutive to above cases), $500 fine suspended. Additional charges dismissed: recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and interference with making a report.
Darcinae F. Thacker, 27, Joseph, sentenced on possession of methamphetamine, a Class C felony, to 18 months supervised probation, 10 days jail with credit for time served, to participate in substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations, $410 attorney fees, $1,000 fine with $900 suspended, $173 fees.
Christopher Ivan Thacker, 24, Joseph, pleaded guilty to telephonic harassment, a Class B misdemeanor, 36 months bench probation, 40 hours community service work, provide letter of apology to victim, no contact with victim, evaluations with Wallowa Center for Wellness, $1,000 fine with $800 suspended, $133 fine.
Jill D. Lamb, 27, Joseph, sentenced on harassment, a Class B misdemeanor, 36 months bench probation, no bars/alcohol, alcohol evaluation and completion of recommended treatment.
Georgene Root Boyd, 54, Joseph, general judgment of guilty of second-degree assault except for insanity (Bipolar I Disorder), to be directly supervised by Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness pursuant to the direction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB).

Katko Aleksandr, 53, Gresham, pleaded guilty to wildlife violation/misdemeanor, hunting license suspended for 24 months, placed on bench probation for 24 months, $2,000 fine with $1,300 suspended, $133 fine; $1,500 restitution (joint and several liability with Vadim Titoukh) to ODFW and $800 to ODFW Decoy and Equipment Fund. Additional charges dismissed: first degree theft, first degree criminal mischief, waste of wildlife and offensive littering.
