Community Bank names four new senior managers

Community Bank recently promoted four local employees to executive and senior management positions.
Sharon Castilleja has been promoted to executive vice president. She is responsible for managing operations for the bank’s 15 branch locations.
Castilleja has worked for Community Bank for more than 20 years and is a lifelong resident of Wallowa County. She is a graduate of Joseph High School and Kinman Business University in Spokane, Wash.
Phillip Ketscher and Cammie Hale have been promoted to senior vice president positions. Ketscher and Hale are regional mangers for the bank’s lending and retail banking divisions, respectively. They oversee the bank’s eastern region, which encompasses Joseph, Enterprise, Wallowa, Elgin, La Grande, Union and Baker City.
Ketscher finished Enterprise High School in 1980 and is a graduate of Oregon State University.
Hale is a graduate of both Joseph High School and Colorado State University. Both are longtime residents of Wallowa County.
Gina Gossman has been promoted to vice president. She manages loan documentation and processing for the entire bank.
Gossman has lived in Wallowa County for 21 years.
“We believe it is important to recognize the achievements of our employees, and promote them whenever appropriate,” said Community Bank President and CEO Tom Moran. “These four are all excellent examples of the great people we have working for Community Bank in Wallowa County.”
All four employees are located in Community Bank’s branch in Joseph.
