Frank Wood Gladden, IV, pleaded guilty to contempt of court, 24 months bench probation, $1,066 fine and fees suspended, $67 fees; two additional charges of contempt of court, dismissed.
Archie Shayne Rhodes, 36, DUII, conviction based on guilty plea on 8-18-04, 36 months bench probation, one-year suspension of driver’s license, complete Victim Impact Panel, two days jail, $1,000 fine with $750 suspended, $310 attorney fees, $293 fees.
Becci Rhee Sasser, 52, Enterprise, DUII, diversion agreement; pleaded guilty to refusal to take a breath test, $463 fine, $37 fees; additional charge, failure to drive within a lane, dismissed.
Quirino Juarez Madrigal, 38, Hermiston, admitted probation violation, probation revoked, 120 days jail sanction, with credit for time served; money judgment remains in full force. In a separate case, defendant was arraigned on contempt of court charge.
Loren Shane Silver, 41, Joseph, arraigned on two show cause orders for probation violation.
Thomas Jameson, 25, Pendleton, arraigned on probation violation show cause order.
Brandon James Burgess, 23, Wallowa, arraigned on probation violation show cause order (original charges, felon in possession of firearm/misdemeanor and driving while suspended/misdemeanor).
Geno Sidoti, 38, Joseph, pleaded guilty of negotiating bad check, paid $50 face value of check and $15 nonsufficient funds fee.
