Fishtrap writer to give final reading
Published 5:00 pm Wednesday, April 30, 2008
Each year, Fishtrap brings a writer to Wallowa County for a nine-week stay. The writer works with high school students, gets to know Wallowa County, and has an opportunity to work on his or her own projects.
This year Keith Scales (renowned director, actor, playwright, and Oregon Book Award Nominee) spent time in Wallowa County High schools, delivered lectures, worked with the MidValley Theater Company, and also offered an adult playwriting workshop.
