Jolene M. Lytle, 41, Joseph, pleaded not guilty to charge of felony possession of marijuana.

Aaron J. Speegle, 25, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to DUII, defendant’s driving license suspended for life, 36 months bench probation, 60 days jail with credit for time served, no alcohol/bars, to attend first Victim’s Impact Panel available upon release from jail, to complete a drug/alcohol assessment and enter into and complete any recommended treatment program by Sept. 1, 2008, also pay $300 attorney fees, $5,000 fine with $3,000 suspended, $196 fees; also pleaded guilty to driving while suspended/violation, $238 fine, $62 fees; charge of reckless driving, dismissed. In a separate case, Speegle admitted probation violation (original charge, DUII), probation revoked and reinstated, to serve 30 days in jail, concurrent with above case.

Thomas Lee Bear, 26, Wallowa, admitted probation violation (original charges, burglary-1, criminal mischief-1, resisting arrest), probation revoked and reinstated, to serve 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served; admitted second case of probation violation (failure to appear-1), probation revoked and reinstated, to serve 10 days in jail with credit for 10 days served.

Destiny Kay Payne, 19, Joseph, admitted show cause (probation violation, original charge throwing lighted material from car), probation revoked and reinstated with no additional sanctions.
