4:19 p.m. Report of vehicle accident in rural Wallowa County.

4:38 p.m. Warrant entered on Robert Roy Ogilvie, 38, of Raymond Wash. for providing false information to a peace officer and aiding in a Wildlife Violation (taking a deer in closed season).

5:51 p.m. Missing child in Enterprise reported (later found safe).

12:47 a.m. Drifting-snow road conditions in rural Joseph.

4:54 p.m. Dale Shawn Duby, 39, of Wallowa and Linda Lee Fletcher, 44, of Wallowa arrested on charges of felony Assault IV as a result of a domestic dispute. Both were transported to the Union County Jail.

7:57 p.m. Report of a theft in Joseph.

Feb. 1

12:08 a.m. Drifting-snow road conditions in rural Enterprise.

11:23 a.m. Two 16-year-old juveniles arrested by Enterprise PD, charged with theft by receiving. Transported to juvenile facility in Pendleton.

12:10 p.m. Advised by Wallowa County Emergency Manager of extreme driving conditions. Highway 3 near Flora almost impassable.

11:35 p.m. Jeremy James Odegaard, 30, of Wallowa was arrested for DUII, eluding the police, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance. OSP, EPD and WCSO responded.

Feb. 2

8:47 a.m. Hit and Run damage to vehicle/property reported in rural Enterprise

Circuit courtJan. 30

Brian B. Beausoleil Jr, 34, La Grande, pleaded not guilty to charges of two counts assault-2, two counts assault-3, DUII, four counts of recklessly endangering another; and reckless driving. He was arraigned Jan. 22 on a secret indictment.

Sarah K. Juve, 32, Enterprise, sentenced on two counts of forgery-2. For count one, she received 36 months bench probation, 80 hours community service, no illegal drugs or frequenting place where they are kept, ordered to obtain drug and alcohol assessment and enroll in recommended treatment, $1,500 fine with $1,000 suspended, $133 fees. For count two, she received 36 months bench probation, $1,500 fine suspended, $133 fees.

Geoffrey Scott Nohr, 45, Enterprise, pleaded guilty to DUII, diversion agreement; also pleaded guilty to refusal to take breath test. Ordered to pay $433 fine, $67 fees.

Donna Dunning, Enterprise, hearing held by Circuit Court Judge Phillip Mendiguren on juror questionnaires in connection with Dunning’s trial on charges of attempted murder and assault-2. A two-week trial is now scheduled for Aug 4-15. Judge Russ West has recused himself from sitting on this case.

Game cases1-23 Jon Michael Stewart, 42, Enterprise, hunting on enclosed land of another. Received two-year suspension of hunting license, ordered to write letter of apology to Bruce Hampton, forfeiture of all deer parts, $300 fine with $100 suspended, $100 compensatory fine to Decoy Equipment Fund, $67 fee; may petition for reinstatement of hunting privileges after one year.

1-30 Gary W. Peterman, 48, La Grande, violation of cooperative road closure agreement (Howard Creek Road). Ordered to pay $100 fine.

1-30 Andrew S. Harrison, 35, Helix, operating ATV on closed road (violation of cooperative road closure agreement, Smith Mountain/Howard Creek Road). Ordered to pay $100 fine.
