By virtue of a Writ of Execution in Foreclosure (Real Property) issued out of the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Wallowa County in the case of Community Bank, an Oregon banking corporation is the plaintiff, and Keith McFarland and Pamela McFarland, individually and dba Action Outdoor Tools-N-Toys are the defendants, Case No. 06-10-12774, together with -written instructions, to be directed, commanding me to sell all the right, title, interest and claim of the above named defendants in and to certain real property, on the 5th day of December, 2007,1 levied on the defendants right, title, interest and claim in and to the following described real property:

COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of Block 33, ZURCHER’S ADDITION to the Town of Enterprise, Oregon, as shown by the map thereof on file and of record in Book C of Deeds, Page 225, and by the amended map thereof on file and of record in Book I of Deeds, Page 502, in the Office of the County Clerk of Wallowa County, Oregon; thence along the East line thereof South 3°47’00” East 60.00 feet to a point on the South line of a strip of land known as Residence Street as described in Deed recorded in Book Q of Deeds, Page 137; thence along said South line South 89°55’00” West 138.00; thence South 3°47’00 East parallel with the East line of said Block 33 a distance of 212.59 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing South 3°47’00” East 70.12 feet to a point on the North line of the La Grande-Joseph Highway as described in Book 50 of Deeds, Page 100; thence along said North line North 86°02’31” West 172.48 feet to the East line of the West 20.00 foot strip of land for street purposes as described in Book 31 of Deeds, Page 533; thence along said East line North 3°47’00” West 174.08; thence South 57° 07’36” East 213.04 feet to the True Point of Beginning.

Notice is hereby given that I will on the 15th day of January 2007, at 10 o’clock a.m., at the West door of the Wallowa County Courthouse, in Enterprise, Oregon, sell the right, title, interest and claim of The defendants in the above described real property, subject to redemption as provided by law, to the highest bidder for cash, in hand, at public auction.

SALE WILL BE SUBJECT TO ANY AND ALL PRIOR LIENS.
