Tori Christman’s kindergarten class wants to tell the Wallowa County Chieftain readers their Christmas letters for Santa. Mrs. Christman and aide Karleen Gomes were kept busy taking dictation as the Enterprise Kindergarten crew shared their holiday wishes.

Dear Santa,

I want a trumpet because they are so musical. My sister Reagan wants a monkey Build-A-Bear bear because monkeys are so cute. She will name it Lucy. Karli wants another Build-A-Bear because they are fluffy. My mom is not going to have a Build-A-Bear she is gonna have a trumpet because she does not have one. My dad wants drums because they are so loud and noisy. They will wake up my mom.

I can just have a baby. Any kind of baby. For Eva the little sister a baby, any kind. Beth wants a baby too. Give Daddy a book. He likes any kind of book. Give Daddy something special too. For my PaPa some skins, fake skins. Coyote skins and moose skins. And horns like moose and elk. Something for my Grandma, flowers like daisies and roses. For my Grandpa a new pair of glasses Cuz I want him to have new glasses. and for my dogs two squeaky bones. For my rabbit squeaky celery.
