Memorial: Frieda Storms

Frieda Storms, who was the mother of Phyllis Coleman of Wallowa, died Oct. 31, 2006. She was 101. A memorial service will be held Nov. 11 at 11 a.m. at the Wallowa Cemetery. A full obituary will be printed later.
