A Benton County Circuit Court appearance for Michael Marks, 18, of Imnaha, scheduled for Nov. 10 was postponed until Dec. 1, according to Benton Co. district attorney Scott Heiser.

Marks is one of three defendants charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor in connection with the alcohol-related death of Lance Strickland of Joseph in Corvallis on Sept. 3.

Another defendant, Greggory Peat, 18, of Mission Viejo, Calif., will also appear Dec. 1, while the third defendant, J.C. Ronnfeldt, 21, of Federal Way, Wash., is scheduled in court Dec. 8.
