9:07 p.m. 911 call received reporting fire in rural Lostine; the Lostine Fire Department responded. It was a small deck fire caused by a barbecue at the Mike Baird residence on Caudle Lane.

9:37 p.m. Dog bite incident reported in rural Enterprise.

9:58 p.m. Report of a lost hiker from Wallowa Lake to Aneroid Lake; returned home on his own.

Enterprise Police Department Aug. 8

5:15 p.m. Report of youth urinating in public on 3rd Street. Youth located and options were given.

6 p.m. Report of hit and run on Safeway parking lot that occurred Sunday.

9:30 p.m. Medical assist at apartment complex.

Aug. 9

2 a.m. Barking dog complaint; owner located on Park Street. Options were discussed.

2:30 a.m. Two MIPs and one curfew violation citation given during traffic stop.

8:30 a.m. Resident reported pit bull missing.

10 a.m. Resident came in to complain about a neighbor’s pit bull; she was explained her options. It turned out to be the dog reported missing earlier in the morning.

10:05 p.m. A large group of juveniles were asked to leave the tennis court area. Juvenile services to be notified as one has 8 p.m. curfew.

Aug. 10

4:10 p.m. Jason C. Dodson, 18, Enterprise, arrested on failure to appear warrant.

10:10 p.m. Resident reported the theft of her blue Huffy bicycle from the Range Rider. She identified suspect, but doesn’t want to pursue charges if the bike is returned.

10:50 p.m. Cited resident for dog as public nuisance.

Aug. 12

8:15 a.m. Report of possible small caliber gun shots. Concrete framers were beating framers.

8:40 a.m. Contact with unwanted person at bank; vehicle was moved.

12:05 p.m. Report of smoke coming from Pacific Power; no fire found.

1:15 p.m. Dispatch gave information about possible domestic; at this time information is unfounded.

3:30 p.m. Talked to several juveniles about skateboarding on Main St.

4:45 p.m. Resident asked to turn down radio after her neighbor complained.

1:14 a.m. Report of a disturbance on S. River St. Jeff Wagner, 36, Enterprise, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, reckless endangering and possession of less than ounce marijuana; transported to Umatilla county jail.

5:05 p.m. Assisted with stranded U-Haul in Safeway parking lot.

6:45 p.m. Checked U-Haul again for ladies before they left for Lewiston.

7 p.m. Report of burning on School Street. Talked to individual and fire was extinguished.
