Wallowa third-grade: Christmas described through haiku poetry

The third-grade poets in Mrs. Linsey’s class at Wallowa Elementary School wrote the following haiku poems centered around winter and Christmas. In a haiku, the first and third lines have five syllables, while the middle line has seven.
Building a Snowman
Kids built a snowman.
His nose is an orange carrot.
He has a hat too.
