Williams returns to U.S. Bank

Steve Williams, formerly of Joseph, has joined U.S. Bank as vice president and business banking team leader for Eastern Oregon. In his new role, Williams will oversee business banking operations in the communities of LaGrande, Elgin, Baker City, Halfway, John Day, Pendleton, Athena, Milton-Freewater and Hermiston.

Previously Williams was employed as vice president and team leader as well as branch manager for Community Bank. Prior to that, he was employed at U.S. Bank as vice president and district manager, loan officer and assistant manager respectfully.
Mr. Williams is a 1976 graduate of Joseph High School. He received his bachelor of science degree from Oregon State University. He is also a graduate of Northwest Intermediate Banking School. Williams is active in the local community. He currently serves as a board member for the Rotary Club and is vice president of Baker County Ambassadors. He will continue to reside in Baker City with his family.
